Cookies & local storage

DUNYA uses only what is strictly necessary. No analytics, no advertising, no tracking.

Version of 22 October 2026

What we use

Authentication cookies (named sb-…) — only if you sign in, to keep you signed in.
A language cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) — remembers your language.
Local storage on your device — your preferences and favourites when you are not signed in. It never leaves your device.

What we don’t use

No analytics cookies, no advertising cookies, no social-media pixels and no cross-site tracking. Because we only use strictly necessary storage, no consent banner is required.

Third parties

Landscape images are loaded from Unsplash’s servers; DUNYA does not set cookies for them.

Your choices

Essential cookies cannot be switched off without breaking sign-in or language selection; you can delete them from your browser settings at any time. You can also clear everything DUNYA stored on this device with the button below.
